Hi,

?parasiticBlockingDeviceCellsFile後面加的那個file，裡頭是一些要blocking的cell才是...很好奇，為何你那個file裡頭，會出現gnd!這種net name。應該是只有cell name才是。所以，我是很懷疑你那個file內容有問題。可否貼出內容呢？以下是command reference guide的內容描述..

Arguments
cell_list_file Specifies a list of cells to block RC extraction. These cells should have RC accounted for in the device model instead. The cell names can be triplets “cell view libname” or just the cell name. Cell names can also be specified with wildcards such as leading or trailing ‘*’. The cell names specified in the cell_list_file cannot have leading ‘$’, but can have ‘$’embedded in the cell name.
