% [+ i D8 J, N$ ~4 LDrive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
6 S3 k. L( v; e: `5 \0 b( e' T# R1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory;
) g" f1 B; V3 F2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; 7 G; ~; D9 B# E& W; `7 h8 B4 v
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;- k- z- q0 c7 U6 q7 G
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; : d9 W: a; b9 |6 E6 a
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;
. z( q' k% ~; X; `6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; : l: ^ P# T# h
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;
* p# K( X3 j. [* ^" \8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****;
" P T G: Q1 ~# \9 V) J/ C9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
6 Q1 I6 c( b4 r; t, j; E10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.) d& \! }/ r/ ^1 L. o
5 _1 J5 r d/ _% o4 c# W4 E4 iRequirements:
, h- S- K9 g2 u: _1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
/ g: g/ H0 S/ a6 k' Z2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;! d: D0 @* u% ~; t
3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven;
- H& M% ?; g! [/ P% M8 X" z/ Q5 V4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; : N8 O! X4 o8 [; G$ I
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken; 8 A; S& j, H$ [/ e0 S( R P
6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding;
