請教台積電人格特質測業有沒有啥方法讓數值好看?7 j6 F+ f! z- ~% n5 j/ o' \0 r) M
雖然我已經完成測驗, 也沒法做"改善"的動作了
( Q& E  l+ d, j9 G2 f, o& d7 i# y* {
我知道最正確的答案是"照實寫"0 J# u  W; l5 }0 E2 \
但我在面試時被打槍人格特質不夠積極, 沒有野心
- x2 d) R9 F6 Y9 T: m! d% R雖然我承認相對拚死拚活的工作狂我比較沒有以升職為目標(畢竟有屁股才能做那個位子)
* D, j. J% q) l2 M. f但不認為自己有"不積極"到很嚴重的地步! `* n! c# d* ^7 A+ `
因為我也希望自己是個受人信任被指派重要任務的工程師(操勞到12點我不介意)# Z* H& I9 F" U% F) z2 G

不過面試長官說這是人資非常專業的研究的測驗系統, 準確性高騙不了人的  (我:囧)! }2 _/ z9 |: s1 y- w

或者是說有副理或經理級的板友知道各職缺需要怎樣人格特質的人才?) A+ Z: w* \; |3 J2 V9 \% W
比如說RD要有個人野心? 整合要團隊合作? 產品要溝通熱情?

Work with suppliers to drive for continuous improvement in the assembly processes Manage Assembly hold lots in the suppliers Work with suppliers to improve assembly yield Work with suppliers to improve pkg/product quality. Collaborate with suppliers to improve critical defects performance. Support Supplier Annual Process Audit. Work with Supplier to address and closure of Customer Complaints Support and manage supplier process changes. Support transfer activities Support Package Development activities Support BKM fan-out activities Drive closure in assembly related process issues raised by WW Operations Drive Process Improvements to support PTS misses due to assy process issues Support material qualification requested by Pack and Ship team. Bachelor’s degree : Mechnanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or Materials Engineering, With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IC Assembly process engineering With working knowledge in Design of Experiment, FMEA, 8D, SPC, Problem Solving Techniques, and Project Management Good in English as well as written and verbal communication, computer and presentation skills Highly motivated, keen with details, team player and with good leadership qualities
