在IBIS model中，引入hspice做simulator，有兩種引入法1 _8 k8 U' O+ {6 ^; U$ b

6 A" Q* i' R; I% |第一種方法使引用到model，不包含package參數，模擬出應相近於純粹小電路的特性，且只也限定B-element(6種model，且腳位有一定排序)* J8 L: e1 l: S+ S$ e
第二種則引用當下有包的model與package參數，可以使用各種model包覆起做成大電路的特性，且引入package參數，可貼近含封裝的IC，

小弟研究了一下IBIS Version 3.2，裡面有[diff pin]，但卻不知單怎麼應用，做不出效果!?9 f, X* m8 c! T$ K( n9 ?
請問大大們，有使用IBIS model做出一組有Differential pairs的cell的經驗嗎!?
) O" F2 Y8 W8 Y+ e+ m: _9 a5 U例如: OPA (D2S or D2D)型式
