Zetex Semiconductor委任Franz Riedlberger為企業CTO

類比訊號處理及功率管理方案供應商Zetex Semiconductors，近日委任業界資深專才Franz Riedlberger博士為CTO，全權執掌企業技術部門。

      加入Zetex之前，Riedlberger在高科技界已經累積了二十五年的成功經驗，其中有十三年任職於Motorola公司，先後擔任不同的工程和銷售管理職務。因此，他將為Zetex帶來豐富的專業知識和經驗。此外，Riedlberger過去是歐洲ASIC設計公司ES2 (European Silicon Structures) 的創辦人之一，也曾分別擔任慕尼黑技術中心 – 慕尼黑市新晉高科技公司的總樞紐 – 及一家新進電子設計自動化軟體公司的董事總經理。

Requirements:
1          knowledge of all aspects of the product / platform / software engineering process
2          experience in a wide variety of development efforts, techniques and tools
3          people skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
4          budget, planning and management skills
5          knowledge of the Cable system/products (desirable)
6          experience programming or managing programming teams (desirable)
7          needs to be fluent in English
8          Project management skills; will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results;
9          Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged;

1. Experience managing software development teams in the EDA or related industry
2. Successful delivery of software products over multiple release cycles
3. Proficiency with build and version-control systems
4. Strong software engineering skills in C/C++ and familiarity with Linux/Unix development
5. Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Preferred skills:
1. Prior experience with analog, digital or mixed-signal simulation using SPICE, Spectre and Verilog languages
2. Exposure to the Virtuoso environment or other electronic design platforms

Education:
B.S. or higher in engineering, computer science or related field.
