As we know ,RC-control is to keep clamp NMOS off when IC is on normal operation.(us) x' a, A; A* ~5 j) d
When sufferred ESD pulse(ns),GGNMOS be turned on by coupling .0 A6 u! N3 F8 T( d, ]3 ? q
If adding inverter between RC and clamp NMOS,it will speed up clamp NMOS turned on.# r1 T. p0 q1 K/ U7 P: l, i
