請問有人有用過Hspicerf 來模擬Ring oscillator的phase noise嗎
" U; a1 z9 W$ i$ q可以交我如何使用嗎  我試了半天都沒有成功

HspiceRF proivdes harmonic balance based oscillator analysis (.HBOSC), phase noise analysis (.PHASENOISE), harmonic balance based large-signal periodic AC analysis (.HBAC) and noise analysis (.HBNOISE).
& u' U8 m" U+ R; W& uFor an oscillator, use .HBOSC and .PHASENOISE not .HB and .HBNOISE.
