Cadence rcx 問題

當我執行rcx 時, 有以下句子出現:
Error: for ?parasiticBlockingDeviceCellsFile, gnd! is not readable
Error exist in master control file "/afs/ee.ust.hk/student/ee/ee_tklae/301cadence/lvs/rcx.inv.rsf"

我查看過rcx.inv.rsf. 把?parasiticBlockingDeviceCellsFile, gnd! 人手delete了, 但再執行rcx時再有同樣問題. 這是一個inverter 的layout. 都過了drc, lvs 了. 查看過自己的layout,gnd 沒畫錯, 和同學的都是一樣的.

會不會是gnd!寫錯了?試著把它改掉看看

Arguments
cell_list_file Specifies a list of cells to block RC extraction. These cells should have RC accounted for in the device model instead. The cell names can be triplets “cell view libname” or just the cell name. Cell names can also be specified with wildcards such as leading or trailing ‘*’. The cell names specified in the cell_list_file cannot have leading ‘$’, but can have ‘$’embedded in the cell name.
