Roles and Responsibilities  
) Y$ z. B2 s: ?! n1 }1 s& v5 ZTake responsibility for test program development for integrated circuits  
Characterize and evaluate integrated circuits including data analysis  
# u- ]0 Y3 m6 S; BResponsible for qualification of ICs  
Manage subcontractors  
Be responsible for ramping test programs into production  
* f3 O" P, R2 y# j  S. A* o+ g: r& pClose cooperation and interaction with international teams

Qualification Requirement   
(e.g. Education, Working Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)  
Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering or equivalent   
Familiar with test of integrated mixed-signal circuits  
Ability to manage projects and subcontractors
