Test and Product Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities  
Take responsibility for test program development for integrated circuits  
Characterize and evaluate integrated circuits including data analysis  
Responsible for qualification of ICs  
Manage subcontractors  
. g, S" z; h! N! k7 g1 F3 C0 EBe responsible for ramping test programs into production  
Close cooperation and interaction with international teams

Qualification Requirement   
8 R% v  B4 _# e- y3 Z: p(e.g. Education, Working Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)  
Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering or equivalent   
Familiar with test of integrated mixed-signal circuits  
Ability to manage projects and subcontractors  
Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit
