职位描述 Responsibility：
6 x! L+ ?& ^+ ?* ^; O3 h, d7 a1.Responsible for the design, development, evaluation and analysis, applying radio frequency engineering principles for wireless communications components, products or systems.
2.Performs circuit level design, testing and preparation of production drawing package. Develops and executes product in-process and final testing and integration plans for new or updated products. Test/evaluate competing products and technologies.
  |0 o: M$ h2 V3.Investigates and understands the technical capabilities of competing equipment and stays current with RF/systems development. Researches new technologies.
4.Documents procedures/process related to work assignments including production drawings, tests plans, procedures, source control drawings, etc. Support Sales team and Product Line Management by assisting in the preparation of bids, proposals and Request for Quote for current and potential customers. Under the leadership of more senior engineers, develop technical solutions/product designs to serve customer requirements.
5.Prepare part specifications. Researches and evaluates potential vendors and makes recommendations as to the final vendor selection.

·         Responsible for overall motor control system solution success, including motor control system analysis, modeling, motor auto tuning and design of motor control systems for applications ranging from home appliance to industrial drives

·         Working with application to define/deliver control library within SDK

Job Requirements:  
·         Experience with design and analysis of motor control systems.
4 V( y( x" n# e4 s( R·         Strong computer skills, and knowledge of simulation tools (e.g. Matlab) is required
·         Experience with ARM platform is preferred
. c% t) r2 x* [9 U) u) o( e0 a·         General competency in all core fields (electronics, electromagnetics, computer hardware and software) is preferred
·         Background in industrial drive systems is preferred
