各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
  ]( L0 _- [1 y1 X7 t. z1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.

6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.  
7.    Extensive knowledge/experience in system hardware design required- power management, clock/reset, memory/storage management, various inter-chip communication interface/protocol/timing and firmware development.  
8.    Familiarity with microprocessor/ microcontroller architectures is required.
