由於在安捷倫示波器量測眼圖時發現有量測Q factor這個功能，
所以在想BER和Q factor是否有關聯性存在。

Q is a measure of the electrical signal to noise of the system at the receiver decision threshold.
When it is impractical to measure BER with conventional techniques, Q may be used to estimate BER.
Q Factor is a figure of merit often used in optically amplified systems in which noise from the amplifiers dominates receiver noise.
A Q measurement application is included in every N4906A.
