2、制订项目计划并负责跟进，安排团队成员工作；

3 Q% o: B& [" D& [4、参与硬件方案的设计和评审，负责系统优化；

1、电子信息、计算机等相关专业，重点院校本科或以上学历；  
' K! U, t+ @- B' {/ n* Z& ]# C2、3年以上芯片固件开发经验；  
3、熟悉数据结构、掌握一些常用的算法分析和设计方法；  
4 h6 u3 R. t( ?3 x, g4、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力

Responsibility:
& j1 c- d  V* f0 v0 W1. Engineering service sales for vehicle system, new energy, and transitional powertrain system.
4 P7 r+ ^. L$ @" b! w$ m7 [5 N2. Working with engineering team making overall project proposal(work packages, time schedule, ...)
3 p. p. ]- d* m, U$ {2 m" K3. Doing quotation, pricing, contract and negotiation with customer/supplier
4. Leading project team, execute project till final delivery to customer

3 P+ H* q6 Z- J6. Close cooperate with Bosch BUs, BEG/ECN (engineering team) and BEG Germany

Requirement:  
$ [, v5 c% i% ]' |1.Bachelor or Master degree in automobile engineering or internal combustion engine or electrical/electronic engineering education background.
, ~2 a8 o: b$ Q' a9 p& F2.More than 3 years work experience in the field of automobile industry for OE sales role or project manager role or application manager role.
3.Good skills in communication and coordination
4.Good project leadership and team work spirit.
5.Good at English speaking, reading and writing, German is preferred.
