Analog IC circuit design, simulation and verification
* e3 {% G3 F6 L/ `) _1 h e$ V Design analog products and blocks such as high current, high voltage DC-DC etc.
7 Q- `2 {* B4 `* O Design of the switching power IC, Charger, Load switch etc.
- X: R+ i$ `: K7 A9 E9 m! A Evaluation, simulation and analysis of power architectures and circuit topologies
# Y/ R1 u X/ |! ~& B; B, ~ Mixed-signal circuit design, verification $ E# u o3 g% z3 v; x
IC layout including floor planning, DRC, LVS, and LPE 3 U6 k6 S2 g- v; ~! u% s9 z
Work with application and testing engineers to define optimal characterization and testing solution 1 W) |1 \/ x$ r) {
Work with product definers and product engineers in full product development flow
- C! L5 T, {( t8 F+ H5 w% N/ } Work with product line to coordinate/lead projects, accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects. Establishing clear directions and set stretching objectives ! v y* `8 ~( n( ^. t2 E# H* h
Building and creates strong morale and spirit in his/her team.2 b) U& j2 H/ K( h1 h, h
; N& a9 M v1 b4 l: ^: k- N, U0 X! LRequirements ) F4 |# d4 g2 c6 C1 {* C1 S6 q
Minimum 10 years direct DC-DC IC design experience, with MSEE or above degree
0 `- \/ B' x% y2 I At least 5 years leadership experience in leading a mid-sized team
# y' X! ^- A' X8 K$ }( e) i Strong knowledge in analog CMOS and Bipolar IC design 2 }# U8 O/ y* [! A* n# D8 }! o
Working direct experience with switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, Battery charger, and their various topologies % L7 c) D* i: P8 W; G
Theoretical understanding of the power electronics, switching power supply topologies
' Y8 G5 M H" ? Prior experience with power management related IC design a strong plus * u( y; m" m$ w' b! s
Knowledge in analog IC layout
5 a% c7 w: A; g7 | Matlab/Simulink/VerilogA or other behavioral simulation expertise a plus 5 }5 u4 T: v) f1 X& S0 d
Result driven and can effectively dealing with ambiguity - K9 M7 h) ] c9 s6 t2 z: H
Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills. _7 Y4 r9 l- r5 ^
Understanding others, picks up the sense of the group in terms of positions, intentions, and needs, what they value and how to motivate the group. |
