Responsibilities:
6 Z$ Z F1 N. n. N% V, b" J6 C5 Z9 cDrive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region: % I8 ?0 x$ O; S: |: l& n% f& T
1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory;
* P5 t3 D1 P0 j- Z P8 M# J7 b2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; % m) V3 U1 b) Z3 z `
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;! s$ C* C) ?5 E6 Z& l. O3 f
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; 1 r0 f( G4 L1 N7 S0 @. p) u
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;
& E' X; _* z9 Y( J Z6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce;
% h) }2 q; ^5 y- w7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication; ) P, b6 V% W9 i f; ^
8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; & H* ]# S% T( E& s3 S1 }
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region; m2 e4 T4 z. L) r" l
10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.

1 s2 w. r; Z5 I8 x- N7 E1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage; 5 \$ ?$ [7 G4 w2 R- W* ^* ~( a
2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
8 W6 M$ j' |3 f0 {. s3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven;
, o( ^0 E% P4 t& Y4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units;
/ N9 u. `4 [- H6 w, ^: u5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
8 }& X5 R8 w- p2 T% o8 D6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding; ; E: n' s1 e, I: Q
7) Creativity and optimism; X5 V/ i$ r5 T4 n& A) m
8) Pro-active attitude and ability to work with little supervision;
