' W! ~; j4 o# f0 gDrive focused customers and key opportunities together with distributors in the region:
3 @5 ^3 v8 Y: W2 g% c1) Implement the agreed distribution strategy in assigned territory;
; J5 Z9 C) x: z6 J+ ~& h$ }2) Plan and execute end customer penetration with the distributors sales teams; % S0 y8 ]3 g, [ B) R
3) Manage projects in the region together with local M**** sales/FAE, the distributor , and the business units;( K4 ?* n d# w: c: k$ W. j3 _1 T
4) Generic business development tasks related to efficiency enhancement; ; J0 I/ e' H. j* H
5) Provide feedback to the business units and the sales management on Design in, Distributor Registration, POS;1 v6 G% r# J2 x# I' ~
6) Train, develop and retain a competent and distribution workforce; 8 O" R; {9 O' V7 c+ K
7) Liaise with the drivers, encouraging clear, open and concise communication;
8 t9 E% b" h5 L) ~ P8) Interface with relevant customer contacts on behalf of M****; ) I! M; ?$ c1 j2 ^; N- Z& x. s
9) Communicate and network effectively at all levels with customers, distributors in the assigned region;
1 B$ h; R6 m' _! C1 i% H10) Drive market segments in the region with the focus products.

Requirements:
; {; P: Q. Q4 H, r6 D: F0 i9 U1) Bachelor degree with engineering, plus commercial qualifications are of advantage;
x. S* d" a2 }& z {+ \9 B2) 5 + years experience in Semiconductors, at least 2+ years of experience working in a similar environment;
# A, A$ S( c+ d9 S5 y$ |/ \- D3) Proved track record in making things happen, result driven;
2 q" f, t! ~, T) S( x) q4 a3 V) x$ M* j4) Strong communication and networking skills, also toward the business units; ! @& E3 n; |' V0 i! T2 D' f
5) Fluent English in both written and spoken;
5 E- R% j( G4 U% @- ] z/ Q$ j6) Good mixture of commercial sense and technical understanding; 5 f# V# K+ w+ {0 W# B8 u& Q
