7 N7 ?. Y4 X& V8 a# z; u5 M1 H9 \發明寫成專利稿以後，是否經得起審查委員以及競爭廠商再三的考驗，除了看發明本身和先前技術之間的差異性外，最重要的就是發明說明書中所描述的發明內容是否詳盡，這就要靠專利工程師的資料收集與技術寫作的功夫。專利範圍在審查過程中可以被修改，但說明書不能，因此發明的各種細節和衍生變化在申請時都一定要寫入專利說明書中。如果說明書的內容簡單到和專利範圍差不多，那麼當審查委員或競爭廠商用先前技術來攻擊專利範圍時，發明人就很不容易從說明書中找出和先前技術有差異的技術特徵來修改專利範圍，這樣的專利就很難經得起考驗。
