is the the result of cadence post layout simulation reliable?

I design the PA with ADS, and use the cadence to layout, now I can extract some parasitics from the post simulation, I wish to know is the result reliable? Thanks a lot!

The accuracy of parasitic extraction depends on the command file provided by foundry.
The EDA tools should not be a problem source.

基本上 寄生RC抽取的軟體雖然比較偏重速度 而沒有做得很精準
8 n8 I$ v+ \: X/ S(Calibre只抽取某個polygan附近距離3um以內的parastic couple cap)
但是主控項應該還是Device model夠不夠精準吧
