This paper presents a high speed Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) that1 G' G( \2 h# ? S$ y1 L t( T% P
was designed to be used in a pipeline A/D converter. The design improves on the OTA X9 e0 J- C$ D$ O' R' a# t* L
used in a previous design by a University of Maine student[1]. It uses a telescopic architecture, `8 r s+ ~! B5 P; `* o5 j8 Q
