2 L8 B- O. m3 U3 `: ], s1 W' xA)     Design mixed signal LCD driver
/ e$ e, Y0 y3 L  lB)      Lead and manage design engineers and layout engineers
- W8 o" R1 V1 iC)     Responsible for product definition, micro architecture, design flow, and EDA selection.
6 a. t! A# W! ]0 M# q0 `D)     Participate in generating product road map.

0 u" R# ?9 }+ ^% y# v& i7 O. C2)      Candidates must have the following qualifications.
7 p: v3 K2 l( e& FA)     B.S Degree in EE or Computer Science from a well know university. M.S. preferred.
6 K4 ^6 k* l9 X+ D0 Y$ N/ ]; PB)      5 years of experience on LCD driver IC is a must.
C)     Familiar with competitor’s products.
  Z0 }3 S  I% s# j2 ]# {# ZD)     Knowledge of the history of the LCD driver IC in Taiwan.
/ H9 z: ~5 @4 m/ Q7 |: _& P3 rE)      Solid understanding of the architecture and key circuit blocks of LCD driver IC including PWM/FRC, charge pump, ESD, voltage regulator, voltage follower, SRAM, etc.       
8 \+ p2 _8 h' e* a+ BF)      Solid understanding of all the issues involved in designing LCD driver IC including full custom circuit design, layout design,
! a5 v3 o4 A, m1 m1 S/ kRTL coding, foundry support, packaging, and dft.      
G)     Familiar with mixed signal design and verification flow.
H)     Strong analog and logic circuit design background.
I)       Good understanding of SRAM design
+ v, M- S9 m4 cJ)       Project lead and team management experience is a must.
