1)      Job Function
! R( u8 N) y" @8 K  a9 bA)     Design mixed signal LCD driver
+ w( {$ T0 ?1 E& aB)      Lead and manage design engineers and layout engineers
C)     Responsible for product definition, micro architecture, design flow, and EDA selection.
) V/ h7 o5 L" c' T! {( eD)     Participate in generating product road map.
6 ]2 v. _. }: d% C% s7 r2 l
3 D6 o3 w" [9 R0 y" Y2)      Candidates must have the following qualifications.
  n* {1 }, u. u/ S& l$ k% SA)     B.S Degree in EE or Computer Science from a well know university. M.S. preferred.
B)      5 years of experience on LCD driver IC is a must.
4 G& f' O4 s* V3 }5 i) SC)     Familiar with competitor’s products.
D)     Knowledge of the history of the LCD driver IC in Taiwan.
# I7 L. C& X9 Z1 xE)      Solid understanding of the architecture and key circuit blocks of LCD driver IC including PWM/FRC, charge pump, ESD, voltage regulator, voltage follower, SRAM, etc.       
: e# P# l  H. m3 LF)      Solid understanding of all the issues involved in designing LCD driver IC including full custom circuit design, layout design,
RTL coding, foundry support, packaging, and dft.      
G)     Familiar with mixed signal design and verification flow.
% _* l1 \, ~* d- j" lH)     Strong analog and logic circuit design background.
! p6 v! `  W* @8 |( M( v( \I)       Good understanding of SRAM design
, Q3 h* {4 x9 u* \+ lJ)       Project lead and team management experience is a must.
