一下從125MHz 跳到 ~GHz... 真是令人n條斜線都跑出來了, 我看國內有, V6 }" C; F B4 T) J
near GHz AD/DA 的大概只有MTK DVD-RW set的RF front end, 不過那也是6bit左右matching的東東,
1 ], ]9 l+ `; C8 X6 }$ ]這規格要求的是9.5bit matching at 833MHz, 真的搞出來就改行做GHz示波器/AWG算了, 毛利還比較高哩. |
