Yes.
I have used the PDKs from TSMC, UMC and Chartered.

( \( C& \" j4 e/ Z; p6 P/ h1. Fast switching between processes 2. Fast layout 3. schematic/ layout cell matching, (good for database) 4. As for the Assura, it based upon the rule deck and the PDK LVS view (like auLVS..)

Be aware, the qualities of most of the PDK have not been guaranteed....
