各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
  k' x3 Q* x9 Z" A' `6 a# v2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
% D1 S; P+ L' _8 [0 D. M3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
) k3 N* \3 f) A& B4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
