各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
7 p: K) _! y/ Y6 G1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
; d$ n* f0 ~7 g: \7 y, j1 Y, w# y8 G2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
! R3 R; k* j. \* Y$ o" }8 t# `3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
5.    ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred.
7 T9 P* m7 ?* `; b- \5 U6.    Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience.  Some analog experience is preferred.
