[BUG] Spice model to IBIS model......!!!

最近小弟在研究IBIS，話說可以將spice model 轉成IBIS model，
可以應用於跨部門IP合作，或提供系統廠做系統整合應用，
9 y. J, N/ A4 k5 W& v1 U$ x3 A聽起來還蠻有趣的，於是小弟便由NC STATE University下載免費的轉IBIS的軟體

看來好像大家都沒有follow到，後來小弟自己上網估了一下，

& i- A8 N0 c* ?1 i  ]原來是我spice to IBIS，R_fixture對應到pullup的load line數值偏差太大，
0 h' D( p8 F- V; R8 Z3 r照IBIS有一定的偏差值，超過偏差值就會WARNING，過大就會ERROR，
